摘要
建立一种使用高效液相色谱串联二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)法同时检测化妆品中的4种对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂的方法.样品经甲醇超声提取后,在254 nm处测定,结合全波长光谱扫描进行定性确认,同时对市场上常见的20种化妆品进行分析检测.该方法的线性相关系数均为1.0,加标回收率为88.0%~108.2%,日间精密度为0.62%~3.63%.
A method for simuhaneous determination of 4 preservatives (Parabens) in cosmetics by HPLC-DAD was established. The samples were extracted by ultrasonic with methanol and detected at 254 nm. 20 common cosmetics purchased from the market were also detected with this method. All correlation coefficients were 1.0. The recovery was in the range of 88.0%-108.2%, and the RSD was in the range of 0.62%-3.63%.
