废弃花生壳制固体酸催化合成乙酸辛酯 被引量:2

摘要 利用农业废弃物花生壳为原料制备了一种新型的炭基固体酸催化剂,考察了磺化时间、磺化温度及不同投料比对固体酸收率和酸量的影响。将制得的催化剂用于催化乙酸与正辛醇合成乙酸辛酯的反应,考察了酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对乙酸辛酯产率的影响。通过正交试验得出较佳反应条件是酸醇摩尔比为0.6∶1、反应温度为90℃、催化剂用量为酸质量的10%,此条件下反应2 h,乙酸辛酯的产率可达97.4%。催化剂重复使用5次以上仍保持较高活性。 A novel carbon-based solid acid catalyst was prepared with waste peanut shell as raw material. The effects of mass ratio of sulfuric acid to peanut shell, sulfonation temperature and sulfonation time on the yield and acid capacity were investigated. The activity of the catalyst was evaluated by esterification of n-octanol and acetic acid. The effects of the mole ratio of acetic acid to octanol, catalyst dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of octyl acetate were investigated. The optimal esterification conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments: mole ratio of acetic acid to octanol 0.6 : 1, reaction temperature 90 ~C, mass ratio of catalyst to acetic acid 10% and reaction time 2 h, with the yield of octyl acetate being 97.4%. The catalyst still kept relatively high activity when reused more than five times.
