新农村视野下农民法制教育探析

Analysis on Farmers' Legal Education under the Background of New Rural Construction

随着我国农村经济的发展,农民的法律意识不断增强,法制观念逐步树立,然而在农民法制教育中存在一些问题,诸如农村普法教育机制不健全、教育理念方式存在问题等。加强新农村农民法制教育需从加大法制宣传力度使农民认识到法律的重要性入手,明确教育理念,使教育内容和方法符合农民的要求,健全机制,加强组织领导,规范教育队伍。

With the development of our rural economy, farmers＇ legal consciousness unceasing enhancement, the concept of legal system set up gradually, however there exist some problems in the farmers＇ legal education, such as imperfect rural law dissemination education mechanism, and questionable education concept and method, etc. To strengthen the education legal system of new rural farmers, we need to strengthen the publicity to make farmers aware of the importance of law, clear education idea, make the education content and method meeting the demands of farmers, improve the mechanism, strengthen organizational leadership, and standardize the education team.
