金融专业三本学生社会实践考核指标体系构建

摘要 完善社会实践考核指标体系是强化激励约束、保障社会实践顺利进行的必要条件。现行的考核指标存在着过度依赖学生实习书面材料、忽视实习过程、评价对象狭隘、评价指标缺乏可操作性等诸多问题。基于现行考核指标的缺陷,应针对金融三本学生及其专业特点构建评价指标需要遵循的基本原则,设计具体的评价指标及其评价标准,提出从建设实习基地、增加实习经费等方面的改革措施。 Perfecting the evaluation index system of social practice is the necessary condition to strengthen incentive constraints and guarantee social practice smoothly. There exists many problems in the current evaluation index, such as excessive reliance on students' practice written materials, neglecting practice process, narrow evaluation object, evaluation index lack of operability and narrow, etc. Based on the existing defects of assessment index, we should aim at the third-batch students and professional characteristics to build the basic principles of evaluation index, design concrete evaluation index and evaluation criterion, and put forward reform measures from aspects of constructing the practice base, and increasing more practice money.
