西吡氯铵含漱液对伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的中重度牙周炎的疗效评价

目的观察西吡氯铵含漱液对伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的中重度牙周炎的疗效。方法对纳入标准的中重度牙周炎患者120例进行唾液幽门螺杆菌抗原检测(HPS),进行系统的牙周基础治疗后,随机分为实验组78例与对照组42例,实验组中牙周基础治疗后使用西吡氯铵含漱液1周组44例,使用含漱液4周组34例,对照组只使用生理盐水漱口。比较三组患者治疗后4周的牙周状况及4周、12周HPS复查结果,并进行统计学分析。结果三组患者牙周状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HPS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西吡氯铵含漱液对伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的中重度牙周炎有一定疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Cetylpyridinium Chloride on the treatment of major periodontitis with Helicobacter pylori.Method To observe the oral HPS in the 120 patients of major periodontitis, do the systematic periodontal treatment, then randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. Experimental group had 44 cases rinsed with Cetylpyridinium 1 week after the periodontal treatment and 34 cases rinsed with Cetylpyridinium 4 weeks, control group had 42 cases and was rinsed with normal salin. Periodontal condition, HPS of 4 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks among three groups were compared. The Results were statistically analyzed.Results The difference of periodontal condition among three groups were not signifi cant （P〉0.05）, the success rate of root caries treatment among three groups after 1year were not signifi cant（P〉0.05）. The HPS were signifi cant among three groups （P〈0.05）.ConclusionCetylpyridinium Chloride on the treatment of major periodontitis with Helicobacter pylori had certain effect.
