硬膜外联合全身麻醉在老年腹部手术患者中的应用效果

目的探讨对老年腹部手术患者采用硬膜外联合全身麻醉的临床应用情况和效果。方法选取进行腹部手术的老年患者100例。根据抽签法将患者分成对照组和观察组,各50例,分别采用单纯硬膜外麻醉和硬膜外联合全身麻醉进行临床手术治疗,对2组患者的手术麻醉情况及效果进行统计学分析和比较。结果临床对比分析显示,对照组患者的麻醉显效21例,有效19例,总例数为40例,总有效率为80.0%,不良反应例数为12例,不良反应的发生率为24.0%;观察组患者麻醉显效32例,有效16例,总例数为48例,总有效率为96.0%;不良反应例数为4例,不良反应率为8.0%。观察组治疗的有效率均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组治疗的不良反应率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用硬膜外联合全身麻醉方法对老年腹部手术患者进行临床手术,其麻醉效果显著,不良反应发生率低,因此,它是一种较为有效、安全、理想的临床手术麻醉方法。

Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of combined with systemic on elderly patients withabdominal operation with epidural anesthesia.Methods 100 elderly patients with abdominal operation were randomly selected. According to the draw method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group two groups, each had 50 cases, were given single epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia respectively for surgical treatment, condition and effect of surgical anesthesia were statistical analyzed and compared of two groups of patients. Results Clinical comparative analysis shows that control way of anesthesia in patients with 21 cases were markedly effective, effective （19 cases）, for a total of 40, the total effective rate was 90.0%, the adverse reaction cases of 12, the incidence of adverse reactions was 24.0%; Observation group of patients anesthesia 32 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, total of 48 cases, the total effective rate was 96%; Adverse reactions occuring in 4 cases, adverse reaction rate was 8%. Treatment of efifcient observation group were signiifcantly higher than the control group patients （P〈0.05）; Observe adverse reaction rate of the treatment group were signiifcantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia method for clinical surgery in elderly patients with abdominal surgery, anesthesia effect is remarkable, the low rate of adverse reactions, so it is a method of clinical surgery anesthesia is effective, safe and ideal.
