Research on risk management of communication engineering enterprise based on dual supervision and management

本文以中国移动通信集团设计院管理实践为背景,从企业风险管理及要求出发,探讨通信工程企业如何从强化责任、分工协作、协调配合,来深化以双重监督管理为核心的监督管理机制建设,如何加强双重管理职责,增强企业辨识、管理、控制风险的能力,不断规避和降低企业发展过程中的风险,实现企业持续健康发展。

This paper based on management practice of China Mobile Group Design Institute Co., Ltd., starting from the enterprise risk management and requirements, discussed how to strengthen the supervision and management mechanism construction of the communication engineering enterprise, by strengthening responsibility, cooperating and coordinating, how to strengthen the duty of dual management, enhance the ability of enterprise identification, management and risk control, in order to avoid and reduce risks during enterprise development, achieving sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
