摘要
毛驴在我国农业生产中曾占据重要的地位,随着农业机械化取代传统农耕生产与运输,毛驴最主要的役用功能逐渐退出历史舞台。人们常说驴的全身都是宝,但其肉、皮、奶及其他副产品的功用近几年才受到重视。在驴役使功能淡化,其他功用尚未开发期间,我国驴业生产每况愈下,毛驴存栏数大幅下降,濒临灭绝。本文根据驴业生产现状和相关统计数据,论述了发展驴产业的重要性和必要性,并提出濒危境遇下驴业保护与发展对策。
Donkey ever played an important role in agriculture,with the development of agricultural mechanization,farming and original transportation were replaced and donkey working function became almost useless.Donkey has great economic value however its meat,skin,milk and other byproduct were regarded only in recent years.Before the value function was developed,donkey production went from bad to worse,the donkey population decreased sharply even endangered.Based the present situation and the latest animal production data,the present paper focuses on the donkey production and development proposal of the later industry.
