摘要
为了评定在坝上高寒地区日粮中添加酵母糖蜜对低产奶牛产奶性能的影响,采用基础营养成分测定:根据AOAC(1999)测定酵母糖蜜的比重和干物质、有机物、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、氨态氮、多种微量元素,根据GB/T 6434-2006测定纤维素的含量;将124头低产泌乳牛分为4组,按照0、1、2、3 kg/头·d以酵母糖蜜替代TMR日粮,记录产奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率。结果表明:酵母糖蜜中干物质和粗蛋白含量较高:3个添加组的日均产奶量均显著高于对照组。结论:饲料中添加一定量酵母糖蜜可显著提高高寒地区低产奶牛冬季的产奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率,但是过度添加可能导致乳脂率的降低。
To evaluate the effect of yeast molasses on dairy performance of low-yield dairies in cold highland.The specific weight and contents of DM,OM,EE,CP,ammonia nitrogen,as well as various microelements,were analyzed following AOAC(1999),fiber content was determined according to GB/T 6434-2006;124 lowyield dairies were divided into 4 groups,provided with TMR diet partly substituted by 0,1,2,3 kg/dairy day.The yields,fat percentages and protein percentages of milk were recorded.Yeast molasses had high DM and CP contents;the 3 groups of yeast molasses addition exhibited significant higher milk yields than the control group.Conclusion:the addition of yeast molasses in diet favors the improvements in milk yield,fat percentage.and protein percentage,and yeast molasses can serve as an energy supplement for dairy in winter.
