摘要
减负给小学生争取了更多的闲暇时间,但通过实证调查和访谈发现,小学生在闲暇活动的内容、闲暇时间的分配及闲暇时间的认识等方面还存在一定的问题。因此,要开发并利用各种社会资源,为小学生创造良好的闲暇环境;要充分发挥学校教育的作用,将闲暇教育纳入学校课程体系;要强化家庭功能,发挥家庭教育的优势,进而引导小学生合理地利用闲暇时间,以促进其身心的健康发展。
Alleviation of academic burden on students provides them with more leisure time. But,through empirical investigation and interviews, it is found that the problems still exit in the aspects of what to do in leisure activities, leisure time allocation and understanding on leisure time etc. Therefore, it is proposed that we should:(1) develop and make full use of all kinds of social resources to create a good leisure environment for primary school students;(2) give full play to the role of school education, and integrate leisure education into school curriculum system;(3) strengthen the functions and give full play to the advantages of family education, and guide students to have a good use of their leisure time to promote their physical and mental health.
