土地整理综合效益不同评价方法对比研究

Comparative Study of Different Evaluation Methods of Comprehensive Benefits of Land Consolidation

总结了当前土地整理综合效益评价的评价方法,并对各种评价方法的优缺点进行了分析,在此基础上开展实证研究.研究发现:层次分析法建议在需要详细数据资料和定性指标较少的情况采用;模糊评判法建议在涉及多个因素、多个层次且定性分析指标较多的情况下采用;BP神经网络法建议在进行大型土地整理项目、涉及指标多样,且可比性较为突出的情况下,即在做多个项目的土地整理综合效益对比分析的情况下使用.

This thesis summarizes the evaluation methods of comprehensive benefits of land consolidation,analyzes the merits and de-merits of different evaluation methods,and conducts an empirical research based on the analysis.The results show that the hierarchy process analysis should be used in the condition when only a few of detailed data and qualitative indicators are needed;the fuzzy evalu-ation method could be used in the case when many factors,multiple levels and many analysis indexes are involved;and the BP neural net method can used in large land consolidation projects,which have diversified indexes and outstanding comparability.In another word,BP neural net method should be used in the comparative analysis of many projects of land consolidation.
