某二甲医院门诊抗高血压药物应用分析

The application of anti- hypertension medicine in one second grade class- A hospital

目的探讨某二甲医院门诊抗高血压药物的应用情况。方法随机抽查2014年3月门诊处方总数1 953张,使用抗高血压药物的处方数147张,占总数的7.53%。其中中成药的应用有处方15张,余者132张都是对西药的应用。现对该132张处方进行统计分析。结果共使用抗高血压药物6类19个品种。其中使用比例最高的是钙离子拮抗剂48.48%,其次是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂21.97%和β-受体阻滞剂19.7%。在19个品种中,药物利用指数>1的有5种,属于合理用药的占73.68%。结论抗高血压药物的合理使用,可增进疗效,减少不良反应。

Objective To investigate the application of anti- hypertension medicine in outpatients about one second grade class- A hospital. Methods 1 953 outpatient service prescriptions was selected randomly. There was 147 prescriptions using anti- hypertension medicine,accounted for the total 7. 53%. And the traditional Chinese medicine application had prescription 15,other 132 were to the western medicine application. These 132 prescriptions were analyzed. Results The uses of anti- hypertension medicine were 6 categories of 19 varieties. The maximum of use ratio was calcium antagonist( 48. 48%),next was the blood vessel tense elementⅡacceptor antagonist( 21. 97%) and β- acceptor retarder( 19. 7%).In 19 varieties,the amounts of medicine for drug utilization index > 1 were 5,and 73. 68% belonged to the reasonable medication. Conclusion The rational use of anti- hypertension medicine can enhance efficacy and reduce side effect.
