摘要
影像导航技术的出现使鼻内镜手术成为真正意义上的微创和精准手术,其在鼻内镜手术中的应用价值体现在:1准精确定位鼻窦窦口、颅底、眶壁及视神经等重要的解剖结构。2CT与MRI融合,便于区分肿瘤与其周围正常的骨、软组织,有助于对肿瘤范围的判断。3CT与CTA、MR和MRA的融合,能准确定位颈内动脉;4术中对重要的结构有预警作用。由于影像导航技术提供的上述功能,从而在一定程度上减少鼻内镜手术的并发症,减轻术者在复杂鼻内镜手术中的工作负荷。
Mage-guided technology makes nasal endoscopic surgery to be a real sense of minimally invasive and precise surgery. The value of its application in nasal endoscopic surgery is reflected in the following aspects. First, the precise orientation for such anatomical structures as paranasal sinus ostium, skull base, orbit and optic nerve, etc. Second, fused CT-MR images can help to distinguish the tumor and its surrounding normal bone, soft tissue, to identify the range of the tumor. Third, Fused CT- CTA images, or fused MR-MRA images, can accurately locate the internal carotid artery. Finally, it has warning effect on the important structure during the surgery. Because of the above-mentioned functions provided by the Image-guided technology, it can help surgeons to reduce the complications of nasal endoscopic surgery to a certain extent and reduce the work load
