影像导航辅助下内镜技术在鼻窦颅底外科的发展 被引量:4

The development of image guidance assisted endoscopic technique in nasal sinus and skull base surgery

摘要 影像导航系统是将影像学技术、计算机技术、立体定向技术和人工智能技术融为一体的综合系统。影像导航手术通过术前的影像资料结合手术装置实现术中局部组织的实时定位。影像导航下的鼻内镜手术在鼻窦、颅底外科手术中广泛应用,有效提升了鼻颅底手术的定位精度,同时有助于减少并发症的发生。本文结合既往文献和临床经验综述了影像导航技术的发展,从操作原理、临床应用和发展方向介绍影像导航辅助下内镜技术的特点。 Image-guidance technology is a syntetic system, which is composed of the techniques of imaging, computer, stereotaxis and artificial intelligence. Image-guided surgery utilizes preoperative imaging to provide real-time localization of surgical instruments in the surgical field. Endoscopic surgery with image-guidance has been used in recent decades in the surgery of the nasal sinuses and skull base. IGS is an evolving technology that is useful for improving localization in the procedures of surgery and aiding in decreasing complications. This article reviewed clinical experiences and past papers and summarized the main characteristic of image-guided endoscopic surgery, including principle of operation, clinical application and development direction
