影像导航技术在鼻科中的应用再认识 被引量:1

摘要 随着影像导航技术和内镜外科技术的发展,导航辅助鼻内镜手术促进了一些复杂和高难度手术的开展,明显提高了手术成功率,尤其在鼻-颅底外科手术中体现出更多优势。不仅如此,影像导航技术还可用于临床教学,有利于培养优秀的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专科医师。当然影像导航技术也是一把双刃剑,如何扬长避短,合理应用,需要我们再认识。 With the development of image-guided technology and endoscopic surgical techniques, some difficult and complex surgeries have been performedwith higher success rate, especially in the skull base surgery. Furthermore, the image-guided system can also be used in clinical teaching to cultivate excellent otolaryngologist. However, image-guided technology is a double-edged sword. We should think over how to play to our strength and put it into reasonable application.
