对比剂肾病的预防进展 被引量：1

摘要 对比剂肾病（contrast—induced nephropathy，CIN），或对比剂诱导的急性肾损伤（contrast—induced acute kidneyinjury，CI-AKI），是碘对比剂使用过程中的严重不良反应，其定义为使用对比剂后排除其他原因引起的急性肾功能损伤．诊断主要依赖血肌酐（SCr）的变化。
