直封式工艺制备18650型LiMn_2O_4锂离子电池

摘要 分别以LiMn2O4和石墨作为正负极活性材料,用直接封口方式制备了圆柱18650型1400mAh锂离子电池。结果表明,与采用半敞开方式制备的电池相比,该制备工艺不但缩短了电池的制作周期,降低了制造成本,同时也解决了电池壳体表面锈蚀的问题。 Cylindrical 18650 type 1 400 m Ah lithium-ion battery was prepared by the direct sealing method, in which Li Mn2O4 and graphite was used as the active materials of battery's anode and cathode, respectively. It was demonstrated that the direct sealing technology shortens the fabrication periods, reduces the manufacture cost, and solves the rust-eaten problem of the battery in contrast with the half an open way. Moreover, the performances of batery prepared by the direct sealing method were improved.
