触发脉冲对多晶硅铸锭炉电源温控系统的影响

摘要 多晶硅铸锭炉电源温控系统采用了过零触发的控制方式,通过在165 k W电源设备上的实验,研究了触发脉冲对电源温控系统影响,结果表明:拓宽触发脉冲的宽度,得到了完整的正弦波;调整触发脉冲的起始位置,大大降低了设备切入电网时的冲击电流;将调压与调功有机的结合,对感性负载过零调功系统的稳定可靠运行有着非常重要作用。 Passing zero trigger was used on the temperature control system of the polycrystalline silicon ingot production. Based on the experiment of the 165 k W power equipment,the influence of trigger pulse on the control system was studied.The results indicate that widening the trigger pulse,a complete sine wave is got. Adjusting the starting position of trigger pulse,the impulse current was greatly reduced.Combined the regulator with the power organically,which played a very important role on a stable and reliable running of the zero crossing of the inductive load.
