摘要 介绍了执行深空探测和行星探测任务的空间飞行器用太阳电池研究进展,介绍了具有转换效率高、长期稳定性好、抗辐射能力强等优点的Cu(In,Ga)Se2(简称CIGS)薄膜太阳电池,综述了其结构及特点、吸收层薄膜的制备方法及其研究热点,认为随着研究的不断深入,太阳电池将在空间飞行器方面取得更加广阔的应用。 The research progress of solar cells for space aircraft implementing deep space and planetary exploration missions was introduced. Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS) thin film solar cell was introduced, having the advantages of high conversion efficiency, good long-term stability, strong anti radiation ability. The structure and characteristics were summarized. The preparation methods and research focus of absorption layer thin film were summarized. With the deepening of study, the solar cell would have extensive application in space aircraft.
