摘要
清末民初的直隶师范教育课程设置体现出课程内容与师德培养目标紧密契合、师德培养的课程占比较大、把修身课放在突出的位置、重视理论与实践相结合等特点,对直隶师范生良好师德的培养具有重要作用。借鉴直隶师范教育的经验,当今的师范教育应将师德培养纳入课程体系,通过课程设置加强师范生的师德培养。
Zhili teachers education's curriculum in late Qing and early Republic period shows such characteristics as the combination of the course content and teachers ' ethics cultivating tightly, large proportion of the percentage of ethics training course, cultivating the morality lessons in the prominent place and paying attention to apply the theory in the practice of teaching, which is very important to normal students ' good ethics training. Learning Zhili 's teachers education experience, today 's normal education should incorporate the teachers' ethics into the curriculum system, and strengthen moral cultivation of normal college students through curriculum.
