A Creative Study of Ways to Improve the Cultural Soft Power of Hebei Province Under the Background of the Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

京津冀协同发展背景下,河北省文化软实力建设有着优势条件,也面临严峻挑战。当前河北省文化软实力建设存在诸多问题,创新河北省文化软实力提升路径要大胆借鉴外来文化,开展文化交流合作,深化文化体制改革,力推文化产业发展,打造特色文化精品,推进文化科技融合,加强对外文化传播,推进人才队伍建设。

Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the construction of the cultural soft power of Hebei Province has many advantages as well as severe challenges. There are several problems during the construction. Therefore,borrowing from foreign cultures, carrying out cultural exchanges and cooperation, deepening reforms of the cultural system, promoting developments of the cultural industry, building characteristic cultural products, boosting the integration of culture and technology,enhancing international cultural transmission and encouraging the construction of culture talents should be the boldly creative ways of improving the cultural soft power of Hebei Province.
