摘要
氧化锌在太阳能电池、光电显示等领域得到了广泛应用,对其透明性及导电性的改进是目前研究的热点。本文介绍了目前研究机构和企业制作氧化锌的各种工艺,并对几种较为新颖的改善氧化锌薄膜性能的技术进行了分析探讨。
Zinc oxide has been widely used in solar cell,photoelectric display,etc. Improvement on its transparencyand conductivity is a hot topic in current research. The various technologies of producing zinc oxide in current re-search institutes and enterprise are introduced in this paper,and several new technologies of improving the perfor-mance of Zn O thin film are discussed.
