摘要
利用中间电极将两层有机太阳能电池串联起来形成的叠层结构能够吸收不同波长的太阳光,从而有效地提高了有机太阳能电池的能量转换效率。本文基于光学薄膜传递矩阵方法(TMM),针对包含了P3HT:PCBM聚合物功能层与Al Cl Pc:C60的有机小分子吸收层的两个光吸收层并且结构为ITO/Al Cl Pc:C60/Ni O/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/Li F/Al的叠层器件的光学吸收进行研究。通过优化有机层厚度,器件在780nm-900nm的光学吸收增加了0.2。
A laminated structure organic by making two layers of organic solar cells to be series with can absorb solarlight with different wavelength,thus improving energy conversion efficiency of organic solar cell. Here,the optical ab-soption of a laminated device with the structure of ITO /Al Cl Pc:C60 /Ni O /ITO /PEDOT:PSS /P3HT:PCBM /Li F /Al fortwo light-absorbing layers containing P3HT:PCBM functional polymer layer and small organic molecules layer of Al-Cl Pc:C60 is investigated by simulating the device light absorption based on the transfer matrix method(TMM)of opti-cal thin film. The light absorption increases 0.2 in spectrum from 780 nm to 900 nm by optimizing the active layer thick-ness.
