摘要
通过选择技术合理、经济优越、安装运行维护方便的主变,能够提高主变压器的可靠性,解决电厂1000MW机组主变压器容量大、运输难、投资费用高等问题。本文结合1000MW机组扩建工程,针对1000MW机组主变压器的容量和厂址位置,并对主变压器采用三相变压器(ASA)和单相变压器方案进行技术、经济、运行维护和运输方式等方面的分析比较。结果表明,选用三相组合变压器(ASA),不仅可以解决大容量变压器运输难问题,同时具有技术成熟、费用低、占地面积小、变压器损耗低、便于维护等优势。
By selecting a main transformer with reasonable technology,excellent economy,easy installation,opera-tion and maintenance,the reliability of the main transformer can be improved and the problems like large capacity,difficult transportation and high investment of power plant 1000 MW unit main transformer can be solved. Combiningwith 1000 MW unit expansion project,based on the capacity and site selection of 1000 MW unit main transformer,this paper analyzed and compared the technology,economy,operation and maintenance and transportation methodof three-phase transformer(ASA) and the single-phase transformer scheme for main transformer. The resultsshowed that the selection of three-phase transformer(ASA)can not only solve the difficult transportation of trans-former with large capacity,but also has the advantages of mature technology,low cost,small area,low consumptionof transformer and easy maintainance.
