复合材料法制备高强高导铜材料的研究

摘要 本文分析了高强高导铜材料的应用和研究现状,综述了高强高导铜基复合材料的分类和主要制备方法并分析了制备方法的优缺点,指出了复合材料法制备高强高导复合材料是未来发展的趋势,需根据材料所要求的综合性能,合理选择制备工艺。 The applicationandpresent research situations ofhigh-strength and high-conductivity coppermaterialwere introduced. The classification and main preparation methods of high-strength and high-conductivitycopperbased composites were summarized and the merit and demerit on preparation methods were analyzed. It ispointedout that composite material with high strength and high conductivity manufactured by composite method is thefu-ture development trend.We should choose the preparation technologies reasonably according to comprehensiveproperty of material.
