摘要
本文以陕西省专业气象服务客户群为研究对象,结合2008-2013年陕西省气象局专业气象客户类别、贡献、合作年限等客户数据,以SPSS统计分析软件为工具,选用层次聚类算法对陕西省专业气象服务的客户进行细分,同时提出相应的营销策略。
This paper, taking Shaanxi Province professional meteorological service customersas the research objects,combined with 2008--2013 Shaanxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau specialized meteorological customer category,contribution, cooperation experience and other customer data,with SPSS statistical analysis software as the tool, usedhierarchical clustering algorithm to segment the customers of Shaanxi professional meteorological service, and pro-posed corresponding marketing strategies.
