摘要
由于建筑施工企业信用评价的复杂性,采用定性与定量相结合的综合评价方法,提出了一种新的数学评价模型.首先,运用层次分析法(AHP)对指标体系进行系统划分.其次,针对专家主观偏好带来的影响,采用了专家评价法来计算专家可信度,针对主客观性指标评分标准的差异,对指标进行主客观的划分,进而根据企业信用主客观得分建立了评价指标矩阵.而指标权重的计算则采用主客观相结合的方法,将层次分析法与熵权法相结合.最后,通过对多个建筑施工企业信用评价,验证了模型的有效性、合理性.
A comprehensive evaluation method of combining qualitative and quantitative was discussed,and a new mathematical evaluation model was proposed. Firstly,Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) is used to divide the index system. Secondly,because of the subjective preference of experts,the strict logic of expert evaluation method was adopted. In view of the difference between subjective and objective index score standard,the indicators were divided into two categories,and the evaluation matrix was established according to the result of subjective and objective score. For the calculation of index weight,the combination of the AHP weight and entropy weight that decided the comprehensive weights. Finally,through the evaluation of enterprises credit,this model was proved to be effective and reasonable.
