摘要
目的研究降钙素对Stat3基因敲除小鼠骨发育的影响。方法应用骨密度仪,检测小鼠脊柱骨的骨密度;应用骨质挠度测试仪,分析小鼠股骨生物力学的变化情况。结果 Stat3基因敲除组小鼠骨密度、骨最大载荷和骨挠度与正常组相比均明显降低(P<0.05),降钙素组与Stat3基因敲除组相比骨密度、骨最大载荷和骨挠度均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 Stat3基因敲除小鼠伴有骨密度降低和骨生物力学的异常,降钙素可以增加Stat3基因敲除小鼠的骨密度,改善骨生物力学异常。
Objective To investigate the effect of calcitonin on bone development in Stat 3 knockout mice.Methods Bone mineral density of the spine was tested using dual -energy X-ray absorptiometry .Bone biomechanics of femur was analyzed by bone flexibility detector .Results Bone mineral density , maximal load of bone and bone flexibility were significantly lower in Stat 3 knockout group than those in control group (P〈0.05). Above mentioned indices were all increased in calcitonin group compared with those in Stat 3 knockout group ( P〈0.05).Conclusions Stat3 knockout mice accompanied with the decrease in bone mineral density and the abnormality of bone biomechanics .Calcitonin could increase bone mineral density , and improve the mechanical properties of bone in Stat 3 knockout mice .
