无肝素血液透析回血方法的探讨

Study on the blood return method of non-heparin hemodialysis

目的减轻无肝素血液透析回血阶段体外循环的凝血程度,使血液顺利回输。方法对15例无肝素血液透析患者采用自身对照法,依次进行单向回血法、不停泵混合回血法回血,各观察40例次,比较体外循环的凝血程度。结果不停泵混合回血方法优于单向回血法。结论不停泵混合回血法能减轻体外循环凝血程度,使血液顺利回输。

Objective To reduce non heparin hemodialysis blood stage coagulation degree of extracorporeal circulation , so that the blood could transfusion smoothly .Methods Self contrast method was used in 15 cases of non-heparin hemodialysis patients , single blood return , without stopping the pump mixed blood return method used in turn , each method observed for 40 cases, coagulation degree of extracorporeal circulation was compared .Results The return method of without stopping the pump is better than the single blood return method.Conclusions Without stopping the pump mixed blood return method can reduce the level of blood coagulation .
