胃超声助显剂胃充盈检查在进展期胃癌诊断的临床观察

Clinical observation on the application of gastric ultrasound contrast agent filling examination in the diagnose of advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨胃超声助显剂胃充盈检查在进展期胃癌中的诊断价值。方法随机抽我院2012年7月至2014年10月51例进展期胃癌患者,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均在胃超声助显剂充盈胃腔后开展相关检查,同时进行"Bomnami"分型,所有患者均通过手术病理进行检验。结果胃超声助显剂胃充盈检查诊断进展期胃癌符合率达到90.2%(46/51),且病变位置符合率为96.1%(49/51),浸润深度诊断符合率为86.3%(44/51),淋巴结转移诊断符合率68.4%(26/38),肝转移诊断符合率为92.9%(13/14)。结论胃超声助显剂胃充盈检查在进展期胃癌筛查中具有比较高的临床诊断价值,适宜用在常规健康体检及胃癌高危人群筛查工作中。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of gastric ultrasound contrast agent filling examination in advanced gastric carcinoma .Methods During July 2012 and October 2014, 51 cases of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma in our hospital were randomly selected , and their clinical datas were retrospectively analyzed , all patients were examined under gastric ultrasound contrast agent filling the stomach cavity, at the same time, the ＆quot;Bomnami＆quot; typing was carried out , and all the patients were examined by pathology .Results The coincidence rate of gastric ultrasound contrast agent in diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer gastric reached 90.2%（46/51）, and the location accuracy rate was 96.1%（49/51）, depth of invasion diagnostic accordance rate was 86.3%（44/51）, lymph node metastasis, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 68. 4%（26/38）, hepatic metastasis diagnosis coincidence rate was 92.9% （13/14）.Conclusions Gastric ultrasound contrast agent filling examination has clinical value in the diagnosis of relatively high in the screening of gastric cancer , suitable for using in routine health examination and gastric cancer screening in the high risk group work.
