药物自我处置模式训练配合定期电话随访防止精神分裂症复发的初步研究

A preliminary study on drug self disposal mode training combined with telephone follow-up regularly in preventing the relapse of schizophrenia

目的探索药物自我处置模式训练配合定期电话随访防止精神分裂症复发的短期效果。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分入对照组和研究组,每组30例,临床痊愈出院后,对照组予以单纯采用定期电话随访,研究组采用药物自我处置模式训练配合定期电话随访,时间1年。两组患者均于入组时、3个月、6个月、1年评价一次阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和复发情况,比较其前后变化,组间差异。结果从阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)可以看出研究组比对照组效果好。出院后3个月末、6个月末、12个月末三个时间点评分对比P值<0.05,有统计学意义。从社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)来看两组出院后比入组时均下降,说明两组方式对患者社会功能均有改善。不同时间点两组评分对比研究者评分下降较明显,P值<0.05,有统计学意义。两组训练后不同时间点复发情况来看研究组复发例数明显少于对照组。结论药物自我处置模式训练配合定期电话随访在短期时间内能有效防止精神分裂症复发。

Objective To explore the effect of drug self disposal mode short -term training combined with telephone follow -up regularly in preventing the relapse of schizophrenia .Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group and the research group , 30 cases in each group , after the clinical cure and discharge , the control group received regular telephone follow -up only, the research group used drug self disposal mode training and regular telephone follow -up time for 1 years.Two groups of patients got evaluation of a positive and negative symptoms scale （ PANSS ） , social disability screening scale （ SDSS ） and recurrence at the time point participated the group , 3 months, 6 months and 1 year, compared the differences between groups before and after the change .Results From the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） we learn that the study group had better effect than control group .At the end of the 3 month, 6 month and12 months after discharge, the scores were different （ P〈0.05）.The social disability screening scale （ SDSS） suggested that the two ways have effect on social function .The scores of study group decreased more significantly （ P〈0. 05 ） .The recurrence rate in research group was significantly lower than the control group .Conclusions Drug self disposal mode training combined with regular telephone follow -up in a short time can effectively prevent the relapse of schizophrenia .
