产科风险分级护理对初产妇分娩方式及产程的影响

The effect of risk classification nursing on delivery outcome and maternal labor of primipara

目的探讨产科风险分级护理在初产妇中的应用效果。方法将100例初产妇将该组产妇按照入院的单双号分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用风险分级护理,比较两组的分娩方式、产程进展及产后出血情况。结果观察组的第一产程时间、第二产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率和产后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科风险分级护理能够有效指导产妇分娩,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk classification nursing on delivery outcome and maternal labor of primipara .Methods 100 cases of primipara were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd and even number of maternal hospital , the control group was given the routine nursing, the observation group was given risk classification nursing .Maternal labor, delivery outcome and postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups were compared .Results The time of the first labor stage and the second stage of labor time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group , there were statistical significant （P〈0.05）.The rate of vaginal delivery in observation group was higher than that in the control group , the rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage were lower than that in the control group , there were statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Risk classification nursing can effectively guide the delivery , shorten the stages of labor , reduce cesarean section rate .
