摘要
侠义是一种被中国人普遍推崇的理想品行。对英雄崇拜与侠义的向往已经成为中小学生的迷思。但是当代教师存在着侠性塌陷的现象,理论界也漠视对相关问题的研究。为提振对学生的影响力,教师应培育自己体现"主正、坦诚、敢为、强力、敬业"等侠义精神的职业道德,成为正义而有力的教师,降低并避免传统文化中消极侠义精神对学生的负面影响。
Chivalry is an ideal character warmly welcomed by Chinese people,including the contemporary teenage students. Worship for heroes and longing for chivalry have become the primary myth for them. But 'there is a collapse of chivalry in contemporary teachers, and theorists have ignored the study of related issues. To boost the impact on students, teachers should cultivate in themselves the professional ethics,i.e, the chivalrous spirits of"integrity,honesty,courage, strength and delication." So they will become teachers of justice and power, reducing and avoiding the negative impact on students of negative chivalrous spirit in the traditional culture.
