摘要
采用问卷调查法,基于对湖南、贵州、北京等地6所中学校的250名教师的调查数据,深入分析中学生课堂问题行为特点以及教师的认识,结果发现:当前中学生的课堂问题行为包括10个类别,其中最为普遍的问题行为包括走神、随便说话、不参与合作和不跟随任务;城市教师和农村教师知觉到的课堂问题行为存在显著差异,在对男女生的课堂问题行为严重性的认识上也存在显著差异;绝大部分教师在解决学生的课堂问题行为时遇到过困难,最大的困难是找不到有效的方法。有效解决中学生课堂问题行为,应加强职前教师课堂管理能力的培养,采取多种形式开展教师的在职培训,不断提高教师解决学生课堂问题行为的实践能力。
By applying the random sampling method, 250 middle school teachers from Hunan, Guizhou, Beijing were selected to complete the questionnaire designed to investigate participants' perception of students' classroom problem be- haviors. The results show that there are mainly 10 types of students' classroom problem behaviors, among which ab- sent-mindedness, impermissible talking in class, not following the tasks, and not cooperating are considered to be the com- monest behaviors ranking from high to low in frequency. The problem behaviors in rural areas are significantly different from those in urban areas. Stereotyped perception of serious classroom problem behaviors in gender difference exists. Most of teachers are confronted with difficulty when they solve the problem behaviors, the biggest difficulty they meet with is not able to find effective methods. The paper puts forward the suggestions for improving the ability of teachers to solve students' classroom problem behavior.
