Comparative analysis for outpatient waiting time based on logistic regression model

目的探讨对门诊候诊时间的对比分析方法。方法采集HIS系统数据库门诊病人候诊时间数据，运用SPSS统计分析软件建立候诊时间与候诊成功率之间的拟合回归函数模型，根据模型绘制回归曲线图，依据所建拟合函数模型和回归曲线图，结合候诊平均数、中位数等常规统计指标对医院门诊候诊时间进行对比分析。结果运用建立的拟合函数模型和常规统计指标对比分析门诊候诊时间，结果一致，模型建立有效，评价合理。结论函数模型指标和常规指标均能反映门诊候诊时间，两者结合，能取长补短，相互印证，可全面、综合、直观地评价不同医院的门诊候诊时间，是分析门诊候诊时间的一种新方法。

Objective To explore the methods of comparative analysis for outpatient waiting time： Methods We col- lected outpatient waiting time data from the HIS system database, with the use of SPSS software established the regression model between waiting time and waiting success rate, then according to the regression model, plotted the regression curve, and on the basis of the regression model and the regression curves, combined with the conventional statistical index, average, median etc, e- valuated outpatient waiting time. Results For evaluating outpatient waiting time, the regression model index was consistent with the conventional statistical index, so the regression model was effective, the evaluation was reasonable. Conclusion Both the regression model index and the conventional statistical index can evaluate outpatient waiting time. They are complementary and can confirm each other, and the evaluation results are comprehensive and intuitionistic. So it is a new method for evaluating out- patient waiting time.
