基于曲线拟合的动车组牵引电机转速估计

摘要 实时准确地检测牵引电机转速是动车组高性能牵引控制的基础,针对动车组测速系统的特点,提出一种牵引电机转速估计的方法。该方法有效克服了速度传感器分辨率低带来的测量延时,并且转速估计准确性不受牵引电机参数变化的影响。通过转速估计,在提升测速准确性的同时,也提高了间接矢量控制中转子磁场定向的准确度,在列车低速运行和转速调节的动态过程中效果显著。最后,通过仿真和实验的方法,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。 Accurate and real-time measurement of traction motor speed plays an important role in electric multiple unit(EMU) traction control system. According to the characteristic of EMU speed measuring system, this paper proposes a method for traction motor speed estimation. This method obviously overcomes measurement time delay caused by low resolution of speed encoder, and speed estimation accuracy is not affected by traction motor parameters and their variation. By this speed estimation, EMU traction control system can increase speed precision, and improve flux orientation accuracy at the same time. The control system performance is heightened mostly during low speed area and dynamic process of speed regulation. At last, this paper shows the correctness and validity through Matlab simulation and experiment on real test-rig.
