当代伊斯兰人权思潮的兴起与穆斯林社会的发展密切相关。民族国家的危机,伊斯兰主义的复兴以及全球化带来的国际交往,皆使人权话语成为实现社会民主化的基本表达。当代穆斯林学者通过世俗主义、伊斯兰主义或改革主义的方法,塑造伊斯兰人权理论。这些理论方法从历史发展来看是互相铺垫的,但又有其特定内涵。随着时代的渐进,改革主义的方法成为当前人权探讨的主要方式。当代伊斯兰人权理论的塑造,需要给予穆斯林学者平等的和有保障的解释权,只有这样才能促进伊斯兰人权理论的良性构建。

The rise of contemporary Islamic human rights thought is closely related to the development of the Muslim community. The crisis of the nation, the rise of Islam, and international communication under the back- ground of globalization and other factors together make human rights discourse the basic expression of social democ- ratization. Contemporary Muslim scholars express their theories respectively from secular, Islamic and reformation perspectives. From the historical perspective, all these theoretical methods influence each other, but also have their specific connotations. With the development of time, reformation has become the main approach to explore human rights. The formation of contemporary Islamic human rights theories requires equal and guaranteed rights of interpre- tation for Muslim scholars. Only by this way can it promote the benign construction of Islamic human rights theories.
