摘要
为了对肉杂鸡屠宰性状的主成分进行分析,笔者选择200只1日龄肉杂鸡(科宝1500♂×海赛克斯♀),公母各半,饲喂基础日粮,常规饲养;42日龄随机抽取50只,公母各半,进行屠宰性状活重(x_1)、屠宰重(x_2)、半净膛重(x_3)、全净膛重(x_4)、胸肌重(x_5)、腿肌重(x_6)、腹脂重(x_7)的主成分分析。结果表明,主成分F_1、F_2的贡献率分别为79.29%和13.48%;二者的累计贡献率达到92.78%。F_1的信息量表达式为F_1=O.4131x_1+0.4165x_2+0.4179x_3+0.4110x_4+0.3999x_5+0.3658x_6+0.1367x_7,可视为重量因子;F_2的信息量表达式为F_2=0.0448x_1-0.0014x_2-0.0465x_3-0.0280x_4-0.1259x_5-0.1897x_6+0.9712x_7,可视为腹脂因子。
To study the principle component analysis among carcass characters of hybrid broilers. 200 one-day-old hybrid broilers (KEBAO 1500♂× HISEX♀, male:female=1:1) were fed the basal diet by conventional feeding. At 42-day-old, 50 hybrid broilers (male: female=1:1) were randomly sampled, the live weight (X1), dressing weight (x2), semi-eviscerated carcass weight (x3), eviscerated carcass weight (x4), breast muscle weight (x5), leg muscle weight (x6), and belly fat weight (XT) were measured, for studying the principle component analysis among carcass characters of hybrid broilers. Results : The contribution rates of the principle components F1 and F2 were 79.29% and 13.48% respectively, the accumulative total contribution rate of them was 92.78%. The expression of F1 was F1 = 0.4131x1 +0.4165x2+0.4179x3+0.4110x4+0.3999x5+0.3658x6+0.1367x7, and F1 could be considered as the weight factor. The expression of F2 was F2=0.0448x1-0.0014x2-0.0465x3-0.0280x4-0.1259x5-0.1897x6+0.9712x7, and F2 could be considered as the belly fat factor.
