我国档案学的学术环境初探

The Primary Study on the Academic Environment of Chinese Archival Science

学术环境对学科生存与发展具有决定性作用,档案学的发展既要受到社会经济、政治等环境的影响,更要取决于档案学界的内部环境。本文着眼于档案学界内部,分析档案学界学术环境中存在的主要问题及其原因,提出实现不同研究主体的沟通与合作,开阔视野的同时保持我国档案学的自信,完善学术评价体系等建议,目的在于实现档案学的可持续发展。

Academic environment has decisive influence for any discipline to survive and develop. For archives science, not only the social economic and political environment affect it, but also the discipline internal environment do. Based on the internal environment, this article points out some major problems existing in the current academic environment, analyzes the main negative factors .At last,this paper proposes that in order to achieve sustainable development for archival science, four suggestions need to be adopted, such as to achieve cooperation between different research subjects, to broaden horizons and maintain confidence in archival science, to improve the academic evaluation system.
