基于整体性保护的历史街区更新研究——以岳阳市洞庭南路地区为例

The Research of Historical Block Renewal Based on the Integrity Protection——By Yueyang Dongting South Road Area

城市更新中对历史街区进行保护,使其真实、完整、可持续的存在,是城市化进程的重要环节。本文以岳阳市洞庭南路地区为例,通过现场调研,发现项目范围内的历史街区存在资源缺乏重视和经济利益冲突、缺乏整体性保护等问题。根据《华盛顿宪章》中的保护原则,结合当地实际情况,提出了城市更新的策略,并在洞庭南路地区改造项目中加以实践,建立点-线-面三个层级的保护模式,使代表城市传统地域文化的历史街区和建筑在城市更新中重新焕发活力。

Historic blocks protection in urban renewal, is an important link in the urbanization process to make it real, complete and sustainable existence. Taking Dongting South Road area in Yueyang Province as an example, through field investigation, some problems were found within the scope of the historioal block such as the lack of attention to resources, economic conflicts, and the lack of integrity protection. According to the charter of the Washington Protection Principle, combined with local actual situation, put forward the strategy of the urban renewal was put forward, and was used on the project, which was a protection mode setting up at three levels： point line - face .This strategy can make the historic blocks and buildings standing for traditional local culture recovery activity in the urban renewal.
