摘要 以邻氯苯甲酸、邻苯二胺及水杨醛为原料合成了一种新型离子荧光探针AS(4-(2-羟基苯亚甲基)氨基吖啶酮),化合物的结构通过红外、核磁进行确认。由选择性实验、竞争性实验、荧光滴定实验得出,在乙腈溶液中该化合物AS对Cr3+具有优良的专一识别能力。当Cr3+与Cu2+共存时,AS不能有效地监测Cr3+;当Cr3+在0.5×10-5~7×10-5mol/L的浓度范围内,体系的荧光强度ΔF与Cr3+的浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性拟合系数为0.973 67。 A novel ion fluorescent probe AS( 4-( 2-hydroxybenzylidene) amino acridin-9( 10H)-one) for Cr^3 +was synthesis make o-chlorobenzoic acid,o-phenylenediamine and salicylaldehyde as raw materials. The structures of compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR. The selecting experiment,competing experiment,and fluorescence titration experiment demonstrate that the compound AS has an excellent special identification capacity for Cr3 +in acetonitrile. AS can not effectively recognize Cr^3 +when Cr^3 +and Cu^2 +was coexistence. The fluorescence intensity ΔF and the concentration of Cr3 +show a better linear relationship and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 973 67,when the concentration range of Cr3 +was 0. 5 × 10-^ 5~ 7 × 10^- 5mol / L.
