摘要
以8-羟基喹啉和2-氨基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶、4-氨基-2,6-二氯嘧啶为原料,通过反应,合成了两种新型的含嘧啶环偶氮8-羟基喹啉衍生物,并通过IR、UV、1HNMR等进行表征。考察了不同溶剂和温度对这两种新型化合物的偶氮-腙式异构平衡的影响。实验表明,质子亲和力强的溶剂有利于提高腙式异构体的比例,温度升高有利于提高偶氮式异构体的比例。
Two kinds of novel 8-hydroxyquinoline azo derivatives with pyriidine ring have been synthesized by chemical reaction with 8-hydroxyqu-inoline,2-amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine and 4-amino-2,6-dichloropyrimidine as materials,and confirmed by IR,UV,1HNMR. The tautomeric equilibrium between the azo form and hydrazone form of compounds in different solvents and different temperature has been investigated. The results show that strong protophilic solvent will facilitate the hydrazone tautomer and rising temperature will facilitate the azo tautomer.
