吸入麻醉药神经保护作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着人们对吸入性麻醉药的不断认识,其已广泛用于外科手术麻醉。特别是近年来吸入性麻醉药预处理(volatile anestheties preconditioning,VAPC)和后处理(volatile anestheties postconditioning,VAPO)概念的提出及其相关机制的深入研究,为中枢神经系统损伤等相关疾病的治疗提供了重要的解决方法。研究表明,较低浓度的异氟醚、七氟醚等可以发挥直接或间接的神经保护作用,但其作用效果和具体机制却各有不同。本文对吸入麻醉药的神经保护作用及其机制研究做以综述。
