就加氢装置高压临氢管道的选材原则、实际安装过程中施工准备、施工遵守的相关标准和规范、施工控制要点进行了详细阐述,从9个方面对施工控制中设计、坡口加工、焊接、施工中保护措施、检验、试验和返修要点进行了重点说明。在运行管理中主要对产生腐蚀的机理与防护措施进行了系统分析,运行检验、检测的方法并提出了控制重点,针对典型施工缺陷进行了分析,并提出设备全寿命的完整性管理理念,确保装置长周期运行。

This paper elaborates on the material selection principles of the high-pressure hydrogenation pipeline,the construction preparation in the actual installation process,the relevant standards and specifications that should be complied with in construction,as well as the critical control points in construction.It highlights the main points of the designing,bevel processing,welding,protective measures,inspecting,testing and repairing in construction control from nine aspects.In operation management,the corrosion mechanism and preventive measures are systematically analyzed.While in the operation inspection part,the key control points are presented.Furthermore,the paper analyzes some typical construction defects and proposes the concept of life cycle integrity management of the equipment so as to ensure the long-period operation of the units.
