技工院校教师教科研能力调查与分析——以广州市某技师学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 采用自编制调查问卷对203名技工院校教师进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,不同任教年限的教师在公开发表论文篇数、教研成果评选获奖项数、参与课题研究的次数上存在显著性差异,论文发表、教研成果评选与课题研究三者之间存在正相关关系。文章指出,技工院校部分教师的教科研意识需要提高,中青年教师培养需要加强,建议重点提高教师的教科研实践能力,改善教科研条件,引导教师把教科研工作定位在应用型研究上。 The questionnaires of 203 teachers in technical schools show that there is a significant difference among teachers of different teaching years in terms of number published papers, teaching achievements awarded and times of participating in research, and there is a positive correlation among papers published, teaching achievement and research. Some teachers in technical schools need to improve the consciousness of teaching and research and the training of young teachers need strengthening. It is seriously suggested that teachers' practical abilities of teaching and research and teaching and research conditions be improved, and applied research be focused on.
