摘要
为了从个体与他人的角度探讨高职学生社会能力的现状,选取山东省4所高职院校的501名学生为被试,采用大学生社会能力(个体自评与教师评定)问卷对其社会能力现状进行调查统计。结果显示:高职学生社会能力个体自评与他人评定的相关性较低,存在差异;高职学生的社会能力在较多因素上存在性别差异,在很少因素上存在生源地差异;高职学生社会能力整体处于中等偏低水平。
In the paper Self-reporting and Others-reporting are used to explore the situation of the social competence of higher vocational students. 501 students from four vocational colleges in Shandong are selected as subjects to assess higher vocational students' social competence with questionnaires. The results show that the correlation of self-reporting and teacher-reporting is very low. There exist gender differences in many social competence projects and student origin differences in few social competence projects.The overall level of social competence is at low or medium level.
