An Analysis of the Formation of Huang Yanpei's Great Moral Education Concept on Vocational Education

分析了黄炎培职业教育"大德育观"形成的时代背景,探究其丰富的理论来源,在其职业教育目的观、人才观、爱国观中都蕴含着丰富的德育思想,加上黄炎培受到传统儒家文化思想和国外职业教育理念的影响,儒家思想中的传统伦理道德观和国外职业教育德育观也成为黄炎培职业教育"大德育观"形成的重要理论来源。

Huang Yanpei, the founder and ideologist of modem vocational education in China, developed his great moral education concept on vocational education by his constant exploration, which was closely connected with the historical and social background of the time. This concept of his has rich theoretical sources, among which are the rich moral education thoughts which are embodied in his views of objective, talent and patriotism. In addition, the influence exerted by the traditional Confucianism and foreign vocational education concept, especially the ethics and morality of Confucianism and moral education concept in foreign vocational education, plays an important role in forming Huang Yanpei＇s concept.
