摘要
针对目前秸秆人造板生产工艺中存在的问题,开发出一种适合秸秆人造板用的新型无醛胶黏剂,并压制麦秸秆人造板。研究了施胶量、热压时间、热压温度对麦秸秆人造板性能的影响,结果表明:热压温度为185℃、热压时间为8min,施胶量为12%(单位质量的秸秆)时,所制无醛麦秸秆人造板的各项性能超过GB/T 21723—2008标准要求。
For the problems existing in the production process of wheat- straw particleboard, authors of this paper developed a new formaldehyde-free straw board adhesive. And the effects of the resin mixing ratio, hot- press temperature, and hot-press time on the properties of the wheat-straw board were studied. The pressed wheat-straw particleboard can meet the requirements of the national formaldehyde-free grain straw particleboard industry standards GB/T 21723--2008 under the conditions of 8min hot-pressing time, 185℃ hot-pressing temperature, and 12% resin mixing ratio (straw unit mass).
