摘要
将不同木材表面喷涂不同量液体石蜡后,分别测定木材表面胶合强度、接触角和漆膜附着力,研究液体石蜡作为冷却介质对切削木材表面性能的影响。实验结果表明,不同木材表面喷涂液体石蜡会降低表面胶合强度,但其强度均仍符合国家标准相关规定;液体石蜡会增大木材表面润湿接触角,且不同木材的增幅不同。液体石蜡会降低木材表面漆膜附着力,且当液体石蜡喷涂量在0.002~0.005g/cm^2时,其漆膜附着力低于国家标准要求的3级。
Spraying different quantity of liquid paraffin on the wood surface, then respectively determine the bond strength of wood surface, contact angle and painting film adhering capacity, and find the liquid paraffin as cooling medium affecting the performance of cutting wood surface. The experimental results show that the spraying liquid paraffin will decrease the bond strength of surface, but it still can meet the national standards related regulations. Liquid paraffin can increase the wood surface wetting contact angle, and growth of different woods is not the same. Liquid paraffin can reduce wood surface film adhesion, and when the liquid paraffin spraying quantity is in 0.002 - 0.005g/cm2, the film adhesion is lower than level 3 which the national standard requests.
