摘要
目的:探究晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,采用康艾注射液联合化疗进行治疗的作用效果,并分析其临床意义。方法:回顾性选取2012年1月至2013年12月期间,我院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者共72例,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各为36例。对照组患者采用常规的化疗进行诊治,而治疗组患者是在对照组的基础上,联合康艾注射液进行诊治,记录两组患者的治疗结果以及不良反应情况,并进行统计学的分析与处理。结果:治疗后两组的生存质量都有改善,而治疗组的改善情况要明显好于对照组,同时治疗组在治疗过程中出现的不良情况明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康艾注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,效果显著,患者经治疗基本上能够保持病情稳定,同时应注意用药过程中的不良反应等。
Objective：To explore the curative effect of Kang＇ai injection combined with chemotherapy on treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Method：72advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group,with36 cases in each group.Control group used routine treatment,observation group added Kang＇ai injection based on control group,recorded two groups＇ s curative effect and adverse reactions,analyzed the results statistically.Result：Two groups＇ s life quality were improved,but observation group was better than control group,and observation group＇s adverse reaction during treatment were lower than control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Kang＇ai injection combined with chemotherapy has obvious effect on treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,patients＇ s situation can be controlled,we should pay attention to adverse reaction during process of using drug.
